Built in 1966, Point East is a 55+ Active Senior Living Community located in beautiful Aventura, Florida. Point East has 4 corporations with 1266 units in total. We offer beautiful views of Maule Lake, 24 hr security, multiple pools, a gym, a billiards room, a small library, a weekly book mobile, bocce court and saunas.  We have many activities for our residents including bingo, a dominoes club, garden club, book club, music shows featuring our very own residents, Friday night dances, and more...

 

There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it’s a short drive to the beach, Gulf Stream park and the mall.  The Aventura Express shuttle makes a stop at each building for residents who cannot or do not wish to drive.
